Olxtoto Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using

01 General Terms & Conditions

Olxtoto (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Olxtoto and its users.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. Olxtoto encourages all users of its services to comply with these Terms.

Olxtoto may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

02 Account & Registration

A registered account is required to use Olxtoto's services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

• One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login details strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Olxtoto may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.
• Account Transfer: Transferring or selling your Olxtoto account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Olxtoto only 18 years of age or older For individuals only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Olxtoto may request documents for age verification at any time.
• Users from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing this service is lawful in their jurisdiction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Olxtoto.

• Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transaction limits may vary by payment method.
• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal Process: Transactions are usually completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Deposit Verification: Payments must be made from a mobile number registered in your name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.
• Transaction Fees: Olxtoto generally does not charge transaction fees; however, payment gateways may apply their own charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Olxtoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x). Please read the terms before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If you attempt to meet bonus requirements through multiple accounts or strategic betting, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Offer Changes: Olxtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on Olxtoto are governed by specific rules. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game lobby.

• RNG (Random Number Generator): All games on Olxtoto are powered by certified RNG. Results are completely random and impartial.
• Technical Issues: If a technical error or disruption occurs during a game, Olxtoto reserves the right to void the round and refund the bet.
• Software Errors: If a software bug results in an abnormal win, Olxtoto reserves the right to void the amount.
• Live Casino: In live dealer games, the dealer's decisions and outcomes are final. In the event of a disconnection, the result will be determined based on the game record.
• Betting Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits. Bets placed outside these limits will not be accepted.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Olxtoto. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's name is prohibited.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Olxtoto may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Upon directive from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure (unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation).

09 Limitation of Liability

Olxtoto is not responsible for the following.

• If gaming is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If services are disrupted due to server issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Any loss resulting from account credentials being accessed by a third party due to the user sharing their own login details.
• If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government directives.

Olxtoto strives to maintain the highest standards of service, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.

10 Changes & Updates

Olxtoto reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• The date of any change will be shown at the top of the page as "Last Updated".
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you will have the option to close your account.
